Pixelmon OpenGUI Issues (Openbox, Shop) *Bug Fixes*

This is a change request not necessarily a suggestion.

Openbox is no longer available
Understanding that /openbox {number} is no longer a usable command, It should be removed from the ranks store.
Also, it is still present when you do reproduce the following in game:

1. Type /ranks.
2. Select "Donor Ranks".
3. Select "Bronze".
4. Select commands.
5. Check column 5, row 3.
6. Repeat steps 4-5 for other ranks.

Suggestion: On Rank Store, just remove it. On OpenGUI, replace with /nick since it is not present.

Shop Crashes on Last Page
When using the /shop command, if you go to the last page of some shop categories. It will crash your GUI forcing you to reopen /shop command again.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Type /shop.
2. Select category "Held Items".
3. Navigate to the last page (7). Contains Air balloon through Light Ball.
4. Click the "Next Page" item. Column 9, row 3.
5. Take note that you are not able to click any more in the GUI. Need to press you cancel key (Default: ESC) to resolve.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the following categories:
   1. Held Items
   2. Evolution

Suggestion: Most likely happening because the next page is corrupt.
